Findora is built by CloudOn, a Greek technology company based in Agia Paraskevi, Athens.

CloudOn

Since 2008 CloudOn has been designing, delivering and supporting infrastructure and business systems for companies:

• Cloud infrastructure: private cloud, VPS, storage, backup and hosting.
• ERP: implementation, customisation and support.
• VoIP telephony and cloud PBX.
• Managed IT: monitoring, support and business continuity.
• eCommerce platforms and custom solutions, with integrations between systems.

CloudOn also built PharmacyOne, for electronic prescription execution and pharmacy workflow automation. That is where Findora’s deep pharmacy knowledge comes from: vocabulary, active ingredients, strengths and safeguards.

How Findora started

It started as a smart-search module for PrestaShop stores and runs every day on real Greek e-shops. That is where we learned exactly what shoppers look for and how they type it: in Greeklish, with typos, with phonetic brand spellings, with phrases like “shampoo under €10”.

Findora Cloud brings all that experience as a service: fast, secure, hosted in the European Union and available on every platform with the same simple connection (ready-made modules for PrestaShop, WooCommerce, Magento 2 and OpenCart).

Principles we keep

• Greek first. Search is built on real Greek searches, not translated from another language.
• Never a broken site. If the service does not answer or a subscription ends, the store keeps working with its own search.
• Clear pricing. Prices are published, the trial needs no card, and anything charged on top has a published price.
• Your data in the EU. Hosting in the European Union, GDPR, and no names, emails or addresses of your visitors.
