Industries

Findora has a Greek layer that works for every catalogue: greeklish, accents, inflections, typos, phonetic brand matching, codes and barcodes, price in natural language. On top of it, you enable industry dictionaries in the portal: synonyms and "needs" that connect what shoppers say to the right products.

Fashion and footwear

Clothes on hangers in a fashion store

  • Greek and English terms: t-shirt/μπλούζα, trousers/παντελόνι, shirt/πουκάμισο.
  • Needs: beach, office, gym and running.
  • Photos and prices in the dropdown, so shoppers choose at a glance.

Electronics

Wireless headphones next to a laptop

  • Technical synonyms: charger/adapter, USB-C/Type-C cable, phone/smartphone.
  • Model codes and barcodes, exact on the first search.
  • Needs: home office, gaming, travel.

Cosmetics and beauty

Skincare creams and serums

  • Skin types and concerns: hydration, dark spots and glow, anti-ageing, acne.
  • Brands in Greek and Latin, as they sound.
  • Face, body, eyes and lips told apart: "eye cream" does not bring body creams.
  • The AI assistant answers "what do you recommend for dry skin?" with products from your catalogue.

Pharmacies and parapharmacy

Pharmacist taking a product from the shelf

Deep specialisation, tested daily in real Greek pharmacies.

  • Needs: "sleep", "immunity", "acne", "hair loss" bring the right products, even when the word is not in their name.
  • Strengths and codes: "d3 2000", EAN, store codes.
  • Findora taxonomy: type (sunscreen, shampoo, vitamin…), area (face, body, hair) and audience (kids, babies), from the product name.
  • Medicines you don't stock: the "searched but not found" report sets them apart.
  • An AI assistant with limits: no diagnosis or dosage. For health matters it refers to the pharmacist.

Examples: «antiliako paidiko», «χάπια για ύπνο» (sleeping pills), «σολγκαρ», «αντηλιακά προσώπου κάτω από 20€».

Books and toys

Colourful children's toys

  • Titles and authors with typos or in greeklish.
  • Needs: gifts for kids, back to school, babies and toddlers.
