Features

Everything your store search needs

Experience

A dropdown that sells

Products with image, price, discount and a cart button that adds without leaving the page.

Products on the left (image, discount badge, brand and code, old and new price); popular searches, categories with their path, “By brand” and “By category” with counts, pages and guides on the right. Grey inline completion (Tab or →), a × button to clear, full keyboard navigation. On PrestaShop the product is added to the cart and the cart counter updates without leaving the page.

Inspiration before typing

One click on the empty field: recent and top searches, popular products and “Recently viewed”.

Shoppers see their recent searches (and can remove any), the store’s top searches and popular products as cards. The Enterprise plan adds “Recently viewed” with the products they looked at; these are stored only on their own device, not with us.

Voice and barcode scanning

Voice search in Chrome, Edge and Android, and barcode scanning with the camera on phone, tablet or desktop.

Shoppers tap the microphone inside the search field and say what they need; Findora checks up to 5 versions of what was heard and keeps the one that finds products. The barcode button reads EAN/UPC with the camera and, when exactly one product matches, opens its page directly. Voice on iPhone: coming soon. Each feature can be switched on or off from the portal Settings. The buttons appear in a “capsule” when the shopper comes near the search bar (or “Always visible”, from Settings).

Photo search

Shoppers take a photo of a product and see the same or similar items from your catalogue.

A camera button in the search field. AI reads the packaging (brand, name, barcode) and shows the same product first, with “From your photo: …”, and below it “Similar products” of the same type from other brands. The photo is reduced on the device and is not stored. Charged to AI credits per photo.

Built for mobile

Filters as a bottom sheet, large touch targets and a tiny script that never slows the store down.

The script loads asynchronously and never clashes with the store theme. Screen-reader accessible.

Search rules

You decide: out-of-stock items, what shoppers see when nothing is found, ranking priority, and per-query rules suggested from your data.

On the Search rules page of the portal: what happens to out-of-stock products (last, hidden, with an «available alternative»), what shoppers see when nothing is found (equivalent brand, related, popular, AI assistant), ranking priority and categories that are never suggested — on all plans. From Pro: per-query rules (show first, boost/bury a brand or category, hide, synonyms, redirect) with dates, preview, measurement and history. On Enterprise: rule suggestions from your shoppers' searches and rules in plain words.

Banners and promotions in results

An image or a message above the results for specific searches or categories, e.g. “−20% on sunscreens until Sunday”.

With start–end dates, in the dropdown and/or the results page, and click counts.

Search preview in the portal

Type a word and see what your shoppers see, with the reason each product appears where it does.

On Pro and Enterprise, pin a product first or hide it in one click, live on your site within seconds.

“Notify me” for out-of-stock items

The visitor leaves an email on an out-of-stock product and we email them in your store’s name when it’s back.

With explicit consent; the email is deleted as soon as the notice is sent. If you prefer, download the list and send it yourself.

12 KPIs and search revenue

Searches, conversion, orders and revenue driven by search, with period comparison.

Revenue attribution counts products found through search up to 7 days before the order. Exportable reports and a weekly email summary (Pro).

“What to do”: prioritised actions

The portal reads your data and tells you, in order, what to fix: searches with no results, popular items out of stock, products with clicks but no sales.

Each action shows why (with your own numbers), what to do and a button to the right screen. Alongside: tabs for Traffic, Conversion (from search to order), Problem products and Customer questions in their own words.

What Findora brought you, and instant alerts

Each month, see the sales that came through search next to the cost of your subscription.

If search stops loading on your site or reading your catalogue fails, we email you right away. The weekly report starts with “What to do this week”.

Purchase journeys and a monthly PDF report

See what shoppers searched before buying and where the rest drop off: cart without purchase, “found nothing”, clicks without a sale.

Every month, a two-page PDF report for management, also by email. Search events are sent to your own Google Analytics 4 too.

What shoppers can’t find

Brands you don’t carry, missing products, searches without clicks: opportunities, not lost sales.

For brands you don’t stock, Findora suggests an alternative. For sold-out items, “Notify me” with explicit consent (Pro).

Platform

Never a broken store

If the service doesn’t answer within a fraction of a second, the store falls back to its own search.

Connect in 3 steps

One catalogue XML, one line of script, one call on the order confirmation page. Same process on every platform.

Team roles and 2FA

Owner, Admin, Marketing, Viewer, Billing: everyone sees what they need. Invitations activate only when the user accepts them.

On the Users & roles page of the portal you invite colleagues with the right role. Owner and Admin must sign in with two-step verification. The activation link goes only to the user's email and access starts only when they accept it. Each store sees only its own data, and the Change history shows who changed what and when. The number of users depends on the plan.

Every user manages their own Account: contact details, language, email change with confirmation, password change, moving 2FA to a new device and recovery codes, a list of devices with per-device logout, login history, and a choice of which emails to receive. A security email is sent on login from a new device.

Support with a response time per plan

Numbered requests with a category and attachments, right from the portal. An email for every reply and a guaranteed first response time.

On the Support page of the portal you open a request with a category (installation, billing, search results, feature suggestion), a priority and up to 3 attachments (screenshots or PDF). The state of your installation is attached automatically, so you don't have to describe it. You get an email for every reply. First response time in business hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00, Greek time): Basic up to 2 business days, Pro up to 1 business day, Enterprise up to 4 business hours.

EU hosting, GDPR

Servers in the European Union, no shopper personal data, with a data processing agreement (DPA).

Results in milliseconds

In tests with a real 4,700-product catalogue, the engine answered in about 2 ms. Target: under 50 ms on the server.
