Over your monthly searches? Search keeps going, with an extra pack
What happens when a store reaches its search limit: search never stops, an extra pack is added automatically and your plan stays the same.
Every Findora plan includes a number of searches per month. But what happens with Black Friday, a campaign or a month with much more traffic? We didn't want two things: search stopping on your site, or moving you to a more expensive plan for a one-off peak.
Email at 80%, an extra pack at the limit, and back to the start next month.
How it works
- At 80% of your limit we email you.
- At the limit an extra search pack, equal to your plan's limit, is added automatically and charged right away to the card stored for your subscription. You get an email; the invoice is issued as for every payment.
- If needed, another one is added, up to the maximum packs per month that you set (default 3).
- Next month the count starts again from your plan's limit. Your subscription plan does not change.
Search never stops: not at the maximum, and not if a charge fails.

What counts as a search
Each completed search, once: not every keystroke, not the same search again within a few minutes, and not bots. Many search services charge every keystroke in the autocomplete; we don't.
The month runs from your subscription's start date (e.g. from the 14th to the 14th of the next month), also on yearly subscriptions.
You decide
In the portal, Billing → Extra searches, you see this month's searches and how many packs have been added, and you can:
- set the maximum packs per month;
- turn off automatic purchase, if you want.
Automatic charging happens only with your consent. Nothing is charged during the free trial.
If you go over the limit every month, a larger plan may suit you better: we will tell you.
