What they search for and don't find: brands you don't stock, “Notify me” and missed opportunities
Searches with no results are the most honest market research you have. Findora categorises them and suggests what to do.
Every search without results tells you something: a brand customers ask for that you don't stock, a product that has sold out, a word your customers use but your catalogue doesn't. Findora collects these searches and sorts them into categories, each with a suggested action.
Every search without results, with its cause and the suggested action.
Brands you don't stock
Instead of an empty page, the customer sees “We don't stock Korres, we recommend Apivita” with products from the alternative brand. You decide which brand is recommended for each one you don't stock. If the same brand is requested often, the report tells you in numbers: it may be worth stocking it.
Medicines that aren't sold online
For pharmacies, searches for medicines (e.g. “nurofen”, “depon”) display an “available in the pharmacy only” message with a phone number, and suggest products from the category you choose.
One-click actions
From each row of the report: “add synonym” (e.g. “parmasept” = Pharmasept), “create rule” or “mark as a brand we don't stock”. Anything unrelated to your catalogue, e.g. “ξυπνητήρι” (alarm clock) in a pharmacy, you simply ignore.
