A free trial with no card and everything included, plus AI add-ons for every plan
Try all of Findora, including the Shopping assistant and the Product advisor, without a card. The AI tools become add-ons for whichever plan you choose.
We want you to see Findora working in your own shop, with your own catalogue, before you pay anything. That's why, from today, there is a free trial with no card required, with every feature included. And the AI tools are becoming add-ons that you choose.

A free trial with no card, with everything
- Every feature of the most complete plan, plus the two AI add-ons: the Shopping assistant and the Product advisor.
- No card. You only provide your business details: VAT number (the rest is filled in automatically from the business registry, when available), address and phone number.
- One trial per shop and per VAT number.
- The trial length is shown on the Pricing page.
During the trial you can see in the my.findora.tech portal what your customers search for, what they find, what they don't find and how many sales come from search.
What happens at the end
- A few days before it expires, we send you a reminder email.
- You choose a plan and any add-ons you want, and pay by card (also via Apple Pay / Google Pay). The card is stored securely by the payment provider (not by us) for automatic renewal. Only the trial runs without a card: a subscription is activated only with a stored card; if a payment is made without storing a card, the subscription is not activated and the amount is refunded automatically. The paid period starts when the trial ends.
- If you don't, nothing is charged: your shop automatically goes back to its own search. Nothing “breaks”.
The AI add-ons
The AI Shopping assistant and the AI Product advisor are included in Enterprise, and you can add them as add-ons to Basic or Pro:
- AI Shopping assistant: a button in the search bar and “Ask the assistant”. The customer says what they need and gets suggestions only from your catalogue. How it works.
- AI Product advisor: a “Questions about this product?” button on every product page. It answers “what does it help with?”, “how is it used?”, “what strength is it?” using the product description.
On Basic and Pro each add-on has a monthly or annual price (Pricing). Usage, meaning each customer question, is charged separately from AI credits that you buy in the portal, also during the trial. If you add an add-on mid-period, you only pay for the rest of the period.
New: email reports
In the portal you can now also see the assistant's results: clicks on its suggestions, products added to the basket, orders, revenue, and how much revenue each euro of credits brought in. On the 1st of every month we send you an AI usage report, plus an email when your credit balance runs low. With the weekly report you receive your search figures and your zero-result searches every week.
