Frequently asked questions
Do I need to change my PrestaShop theme?
No. Results appear on your theme’s search page, with your own product cards. For filters, the search page needs a left column (Design → Theme & Logo → Choose layouts).
Does it work with Creative Elements?
Yes. For filters, add the “Listing Filters” widget to the search results template in the Theme Builder, as in the category template.
How is the module updated?
Automatically: when a new version is released, the module installs it within about an hour, keeping your keys, settings and statistics. You can turn automatic updates off and update with one click.
What if Findora is unavailable?
Your store keeps working with its own search. Nothing from Findora ever blocks an order or a product save.
